Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EasyAwareness ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

EasyAwareness monitors publicly available Reddit content for keywords you configure and delivers alerts with AI-generated relevance analysis. The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at waleed.nizamani@piscada.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any part of the Service.
• Use the Service in violation of Reddit's Terms of Service or Data API Terms.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Reddit data

All Reddit content surfaced by the Service is publicly available and fetched via the Reddit API. EasyAwareness is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Reddit-sourced data complies with Reddit's policies and applicable law.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI-generated summaries, is owned by EasyAwareness. You retain ownership of any data you provide (keywords, monitor configurations). You grant us a licence to use that data solely to operate the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated relevance scores and summaries are advisory only and may be inaccurate. We are not liable for decisions made based on Service output.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyAwareness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyAwareness operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
