1. Who we are

EasyAwareness ("we", "us", "our") provides a real-time Reddit monitoring and alerting service. Our registered contact email is waleed.nizamani@piscada.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data — email address, name, and authentication provider (Google OAuth or email/password) when you sign up.
  • Monitor configuration — keywords, subreddits, and delivery preferences you define.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the app (anonymised where possible).
  • Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

3. How we use your information

  • To operate and improve the service.
  • To send you alerts and digests you have configured.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Reddit data

We fetch publicly available posts and comments from Reddit via the Reddit API in accordance with Reddit's Data API Terms. We do not store Reddit content beyond what is necessary to deliver your configured alerts. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Anthropic / OpenAI — AI analysis of matched Reddit content (no personally identifiable data is sent).
  • Legal authorities — if required by law.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us. Alert history is retained for 90 days by default.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at waleed.nizamani@piscada.com to exercise any of these rights.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice.
